The One – Two Punch: Advanced Email and Direct to Voicemail

Direct-to-Voicemail

Need a weekend promotion to lift the end of the month? Consider the MAN Marketing One – Two Punch!

First, we comb through your database to find the most likely prospects to participate in a buyback offer. Then, we send them a highly personalized email with their name and actual vehicle in the body of the email. We provide a link for them to click through to a PURL (Personalized URL) that also greets them by name and reinforces our desire to purchase their particular vehicle. Finally, we ask them to type in the phone number for our follow up contact.

But wait… that’s just the firs “Punch.” Next, we follow that up with a Direct-to-Voicemail message that is place in their voicemail without their phone ever ringing. The message has been recorded by one of the managers at your store and sounds like you called them personally. They are told to be on the lookout for the emails you sent and asked to call us back at a number that rings direct to your BDC or manager’s desk.

This is an incredibly powerful program that produces tremendous response. Over a three day period, we’ve seen website leads as high as 90 and call back leads above 300.
