Digital Production Manager

Full service advertising agency located in suburban Chicago is currently seeking a Manager of Digital Production. The agency is “B to C” focused with an emphasis in retail automotive and home improvement categories. The position focuses on coordination and fulfillment of all digital advertising products and services provided to our clients.

Organization and communication skills are important to work with agency staff, clients and partner platforms support teams. Keeping work flow on track with multiple clients and projects to fulfill on a variety of platforms is part of the daily responsibilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, web design or related areas preferred but not required

Experience

  • Experience with WordPress CMS required, familiarity with HubsSpot COS is beneficial
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver required
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and platforms required
  • SEO and Google Analytics knowledge required, certification preferred
  • Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Display, Retargeting, Video Pre-Roll, Mobile, Rich Media, Facebook)
  • Administer reporting for digital marketing campaigns including analysis and insight of data produced
  • Experience creating and administering social media sites including content management and ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of location based marketing and online directories
  • Experience with both Apple and Windows OS

  • Strong organizational skills to work independently manage multiple projects and deliver on deadline
  • Good communicator with both written and verbal skills
  • Ability to quickly assimilate business and technical information
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
