1. What do you enjoy most about being part of an employee-owned company?
Knowing that my efforts directly contribute to the success of the company is very motivating! 2. How do you contribute to team success?
As an account coordinator, I serve as a link between our clients, account executives, graphics team, and any other necessary contacts. I ensure that every interaction is personal, efficient, and geared towards driving success! My role involves coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across all parties. By staying organized and proactive, I help to streamline processes and solve any issues that arise, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. My commitment to fostering strong relationships and my attention to detail contribute significantly to the overall success of our team.
3. How do you stay inspired in your work?
I stay inspired in my role through the diverse tasks I face daily. Collaborating with different teams and individuals while managing various projects keeps me engaged. Each interaction presents a chance to sharpen my skills and deliver results for our clients. I also find inspiration in the success stories of our clients and the positive impact our work has on their businesses.
